This is a tricky question .If a crime was being committed I would rather videotape it than help, however this point of view always depends on the crime being committed.
If a person was being chased by someone with a gun , or getting beaten up I would video tape it and call the police.Many people would disagree with this point of view , however I am a tiny girl and if I would go there and try to help I would probably get shot or hurt too.
If a criminal was stealing someones bag or wallet , I am not sure what I would do. If I run and try to get the bag back , it is possible that the criminal would run faster than me , and if i take a picture of him and take it to the police station they would probably find who committed the crime easily.
Basically, Since I am a tiny and not fit girl I would probably videotape so I can have evidence of the person that committed crime rather than try to help which will result on me being hurt and probably not have helped the situation.
i honestly feel like anyone no matter what shape or form is able to do anything, even stop a crime. but us as humans make up excuses into why we rather not help just to look good in society. i am guilty for that just like millions of people in this world are
