If a crime was being committed would you videotape it or help?

This is a tricky question .If a crime was being committed I would rather videotape it than help, however this point of view always depends on the crime being committed.
If a person was being chased by someone with a gun , or  getting beaten up  I would video tape it and call the police.Many people would disagree with this point of view , however I am a tiny girl and if I would go there and try to help I would probably get shot or hurt too.
If a  criminal was stealing someones bag or wallet , I am not sure what  I would do. If I run and try to get the bag back ,  it is possible that the criminal would run faster than me , and if i take a picture of him and take it to the police station they would probably find who committed the crime easily.
Basically, Since I am a tiny and not fit girl I would probably videotape so I can have evidence of the  person that committed crime rather than  try to help which will result on me being hurt and probably not have helped the situation.

Letter to America

Dear America,
You have improved a lot from what you used to be, and I like that. As I learned about you in my history class, I was a disgusted  by all the inequality problems  that you had in the past.However I can see a humongous change in the society now-days. Every day we are surrounded by different races , however everyone is equal to each other,everyone has the same opportunities and rights , which is something really hard to find.When it comes to education you are one of the best countries in the world, because you give students so many opportunities and show them how important school is.Therefor I want to thank you  about giving  so many opportunities to us , and treating every person equally.

There are many things that people don't know about me when they first see me,because just like everybody else I have many aspects in life. I am the kind of person that works hard towards my goals , even if I fail many times I will still try to accomplish my goals no matter how little or big they are. Education is really important to me , and I take it seriously after all knowledge is power.I always try to help whenever possible, and am nice to everyone although I am shy with people that I don't know.This are some of my aspects in life.
